I want to order a custom sofa, how many days will it take to receive the goods?

With custom-made upholstered products (bed, sofa, armchair, ottoman, dining chair ..), we will complete after 30 working days with available fabric at the showroom and 45 working days with unavailable fabric at showroom (ordered from overseas) from the date of order confirmation and recieve your deposit payment.
With wooden furniture (tables, cabinets, consoles...), the time will be 75 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of your deposit payment.
With the pillows, the time will be 5 working days with available fabric at the showroom and 25 working days with unavailable fabric at showroom (ordered from overseas) from the date of order confirmation and recieve your deposit payment.

What is the payment policy?

With product in stock, customers please pay 100% of the order value in advance. Austin Home will deliver and install at the address you request.
For custom made orders, customers need to pay 50% of the value after confirming the order. The remaining amount will be paid within 7 days after the product finished. Normally, the completion time is from 30-45 working days, after the first payment. After receiving the payment, Austin Home will delivery.

If I make a purchase but the house is not finished, can I send it back to the Austin store?

After the customer completes the purchase, your product will be packaged and stored at the warehouse. Austin Home will store your inventory for free for 30 days.
After 30 days, we will charge a storage fee of 600,000vnd/m3. Details of warehouse prices for each product, will be notified to you by the sales department when customers have demand.

Can I have a new sofa built in my own design, not the one in the Austin Home catalog?

Austin Home specializes in the production of high-end custom furniture. We can make almost all the products that customers want with the best quality. However, out of respect for trademark rights, Austin Home will not produce customer-requested models based on those of other brands. We can draw up the product and manufacture it according to the customer's description, and with this product there will be an additional drawing cost.
